Timings and Attendance Administrator

Monday-Friday, 0800-16:00

At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will effectively and efficiently utilise our T&A system, whilst also inputting data in a timely manner. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be involved with:

· Clearing all exceptions on the T&A system

· Validating and verifying clockings and ensuring they are authorised by the management team

· Approving overtime

· Updating the system with SSP and SMP

· Inputting holiday, special leave requests and sickness

· Collating and reporting for weekly KPI’s

· Exporting data for the Central Payroll team
