The role
As a Junior Business Consultant (ERP) at 4PS UK, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting our ERP solutions for our valued clients. You will work closely with our experienced consultants to understand client requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of ERP consulting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements;
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of 4PS ERP solutions, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure a smooth transition to the new system;
- Assist in data migration and integration activities;
- Document processes and procedures to maintain accurate project records;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ERP industry, particularly in the construction sector.
Your skills
Beforehand please notice that you don’t have to worry if you don’t tick all the boxes, we provide excellent training, so the desire to learn is of key importance. It would be great if you have the following skills:
- Previous experience as a Support Consultant or a similar role in the ERP industry;
- Ideally, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients;
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team;
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
