JOB TITLE: Building Services Operative
LOCATION: Victoria Shopping Centre, Nottingham
SHIFT PATTERN: 5 days in 7 days rotating rota, including 1 weekend in 4
SALARY: £23000 - £24300
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Carry out and complete PPM tasks and reactive breakdown works around site. This role will be responsible for fabric repairs and basic facilities tasks with training, the successful candidate will need to be able to work within a maintenance team and support other team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PPM duties include but are not limited to reading meters, L8 water checks, pathway/car park checks, general facilities repairs.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Basic woodwork skills
- Basic plumbing skills
- Good practical skills.
- Good Communication skills.
- An understanding of retail environment.
- The ability to manage a varied workload.
