Role Overview & Responsibilities

Reporting to the QA Champion, the post holder will be accountable for maintaining food safety management, quality systems and culture on site to meet the needs of all standards, codes of practice and customer requirements.

<br><br>

Follow Standard Operating Procedures for completion of tasks.

<br>Complete process control checks.

<br>Accountable for CCP Metal Detection checks.

<br>Responsible for ensuring line product quality checks are complete and accurate.

<br>Liaising with Line Leaders and quality auditors, raising any issues and ensuring corrective actions are complete.

<br>Completion of paperwork relating to process and ensuring accuracy.

<br>Adherence to all Food Safety and Health and Safety rules, challenging breaches.

<br>Complete tasks as requested by your manager.

<br><br>

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to delegate effectively when required.

<br>Strong planning and organisational skills, demonstrating flexibility towards changing business demands.

<br>Proactive, dynamic and motivational with the ability to deliver results in a fast paced, pressurised environment.
