We are looking for a passionate and proactive Receptionist with a proven track record of success for an exciting role at a prestigious London site.
Main Duties:
- To welcome all visitors promptly, following correct procedures to ensure that each visitor has a personalized and seamless experience
- Formulate and maintain a close working relationship with the occupiers
- To review site SOP’s and train support team members on site
- Support Building Management and Office Management with requested tasks
- Act as an advocate/brand ambassador for Acuity and our client
- Keep the reception area immaculate, free from papers and clutter, creating a welcoming environment
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in reception or front of house role in 5-star environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Previous experience working in role that included problem solving or complaint handling
- Previous experience using MS Office package for admin tasks
- Previous experience in implementing operating procedures.
