The Directors are seeking to appoint a caretaker at Blenheim Park Academy. Our vision is to achieve outstanding outcomes and progress for all pupils within a caring, supportive and safe environment. Our Trust was formed in 2016 and has a strong commitment and vision to grow. We currently comprise of Greenpark Academy, Blenheim Park Academy and Reffley Academy. Hours of work, 2.30 to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Understands the basic principles of site management
  • Is able to carry out premises’ inspections and risk assessments
  • Has an understanding of Health & Safety regulations and procedures
  • Is able to deal with emergencies and problems in a positive and systematic manner
  • Takes responsibility for the security of the premises, undertaking keyholder responsibilities and is available to answer emergencies outside of regular working hours
  • Undertakes an allocated level of cleaning alongside the site cleaner
  • Has a willingness to take on new challenges and an eagerness to accept responsibility
