- Demonstrate a good product knowledge of the food and wine
- Passionate about customer service and have ambition to grow and develop professionally
- Enjoy supporting the Management team in creating personalised interaction with the guests
- Have the ability to present information clearly and with confidence
- Able to follow the guidelines and prioritise workload
- Experience behind the Bar is preferable but not essential

Drawing inspiration from the grand dining institutions of Paris and New York, our all day menu focuses on brasserie classics, with ingredients sourced from the very best producers and suppliers.
Our buzzy bar offers a premium wine list, alongside classic cocktails and craft beers.
