Description

<br><br>

<b>This will involve:</b><br>

I. Implement and maintain a record of progress on the Constructions Team's projects.

<br><br>

II. Liaising with Surveyors in the team and to maintain appropriate records for the section including schools.

<br><br>

III. Provide information on the progress and financial elements of the programme to the Service Development and Compliance Team and Construction Programme Team.

<br><br>

IV. Monitor the activities of consultants engaged to progress projects.

<br><br>

V. Input information and financial changes on to spreadsheets to ensure the information needs of the Team, the Service, and the Department are met.

<br><br>

VI. Ensure and understand of the management information and how it relates to the postholder's duties.

<br><br>

VII. Administer the Adaptations and fire protection servicing records processes including liaising with Engineers and contractors.

<br><br>

VIII. Arrange meetings, exhibitions and venues involving tenants, leaseholders, engineers, contractors, consultants and/or other involved parties, as appropriate.

<br><br>

IX. Raise and authorise contractor's invoices for payments and agree variations within agreed limits. Update and maintain this using APEX, in accordance with procedures and guidelines.

<br><br>

X. Lead on the provision of costs for Service Charges section to allow Leaseholder charges to be made

<br><br>

XI. Ensure that reports requested by the Construction Programme Manager for the provision of information necessary to commence projects are provided when requested.

<br><br>

XII. Process invoices, monitor and liaise with contractors and report to the Construction Programme Manager

<br><br>
