Role Overview & Responsibilities

UK CPM is part of the Agena Group. With over 14 years of experience, UK Car Park Management are the fastest growing parking management company within the industry, offering a nationwide coverage.


We currently manage over 9000 sites, with in excess of 2000 clients, proudly working alongside some of the UK's most prestigious organisations.

Position:

The Job

This role is to cover private land car park sites in West London, including Croydon, Kingston and Ealing.


Your focus will be delivering front-line service, issuing Parking Charge Notices to vehicles that are not adhering to on-site rules within private land car parks. You will be patrolling up to 20 car park sites in your shift. You could be driving up to 100 miles a day.

You will be driving between the car parks and actively patrolling each site checking each vehicle. We will train you on the site rules and the equipment used.


We encourage a positive and collaborative environment where people engage with one another regularly. You will be supported by our Team Leaders and Managers.

Induction and training are provided, including H&S and conflict resolution training. You will receive a uniform and the equipment required to do your job.


The Shifts

Shift times are 6am -2pm, 2pm - 10pm and evenings; 5pm -1am / 6pm - 2am. Weekends availability is required as this is a busy time.

All shifts will part of your rota so full flexibility is required.


The Location:

This role will require travel from your home address to patrol sites in West and Southwest London.

You

If you love working outside and excel at communicating with the public, then this active role could be for you.

Due to the locations of the car parks, you must:

  • have your own car
  • have a valid licence
  • be willing to get business insurance on your policy to use the car for work
  • enjoy driving as it will be a big part of your day!


Experience in a similar role is desirable however not essential as we provide training, guidance and support every step of the way. If you are good at liaising with the public, have worked to targets, have been doing driving jobs, security or patrol work and can stay calm when needed, then this could be for you.


Other information:

The Pay

The salary is: £24,856 per annum for work in Greater London. There is also a bonus scheme linked to performance.

Mileage is paid at 0.25p per mile.


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. This is a remote role with daily travel in the West London area including Croydon and Kingston.


40 hours per week on a schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
