What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Lounge Manager, you can expect your working day to include (but not limited to) the following:
- Make guests feel comfortable and enhance guest experience
- Anticipate guests needs and exceed their expectations
- Deliver food & beverages and Shisha equipment from kitchen, bar and Shisha room to guests in a timely matter
- Work in the day-to-day operations of the Lounge & restaurant to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding our guest’s expectations
- Taking, preparing, and serving orders varying from soft drinks, cocktails to coffees to Shisha
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to our standards
- Making sure that all serving & FOH equipment are clean, well maintained and meet all hygiene, health and safety regulations paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations
- Maintain cleanliness of the fridges, dishes and overall bar and restaurant furniture
- Act like the ‘Host’ of the Lounge and follow the Company procedures
WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary is negotiable dependant on experience
- Flexible working arrangements
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
Salary: £9.50-£9.75 per hour
