AEG has recently introduced a Dynamic Four Day week with employees working 36 hours per week from Monday to Thursday.

As part of an exciting period of growth for AEG we are recruiting into the position of Quality Technician based at our manufacturing site in Forest Row, East Sussex. As a new role within AEG, you will have an opportunity to really make a visible difference and contribution to our continued success.

You will be:

  • developing and maintaining inspection control plans,
  • progressing and closing out non-conformities,
  • supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives,
  • issuing CAPA and 8D reports for customer returns,
  • managing preventative action close-outs advised by suppliers,
  • inspecting goods and products and,
  • updating and creating controlled documents.

You will be motivated and passionate, wanting to develop your career within Quality, have an understanding of ISO9001:2015 together with a basic understanding of engineering principles to enable to you to help us build on our success and growth. You will have a minimum of 2 years working experience covering a quality role within an engineering/manufacturing/medical devices environment.

As this role is unlikely to meet the Home Office criteria for Skilled Worker Sponsorship, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their own Right to Work in the UK.
