We are looking for our next Security Drone Pilots to join our drone security team on an initial 3-month trial basis on a Self-employed basis (initial) with the potential for permanent employment. We are looking for mature professional officers to provide aerial security patrols as part of supporting K9 services in deterring trespass and criminal activity.
We offer full time 4 on 4 off (nights only) shift rotations with supplied uniform, PPE, and thermal security drone. You will be flying regular security patrols at night using thermal and spotlights to provide surveillance and ground support for a K9 team in radio communication with you.
You must be comfortable with working 12 hr night shifts, independent, reliable, and responsible, working to a very high standard and delivering accurate communication and support to ground security. Rate of pay is competitive and starts at 13 phr for a licensed drone pilot security officer, with increments up to £15 phr depending on qualifications, experience and attitude. This is a 3-month probation period and you MUST pass BS7858 vetting for this position before you start.
You must reside within a commutable distance of 40 mins from Sheffield/ Rotherham to apply for this position, as no accommodation is provided.
