Job Title: Change Management Consultant (Epic)Employment Type: ContractLocation: Hybrid in Southern OK, (Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX area)Salary Range: $60-$75/hr (W2)
Summary:Akkodis is seeking a Change Management Consultant for a contract role based in Oklahoma but is open to Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX applicants who can work a hybrid in Sourthen OK. The desired candidate will have 7+ years of change management activities, including multiple Epic EHR/EMR implementations. Someone who focuses on the communications around Epic and running the SharePoint site for the implementation. This is an excellent role with an exciting company!!!***Hybrid in Southern, OK***
Responsibilities:Expert in managing enterprise wide transformation programs, that collectively engages an organization to adopt the planned change.High level of emotional intelligence; understand people relations and the capacity to enhance working relationships in all departments making you a preferred and trusted partner.Develop & deliver workshops to train and communicate change activities for stakeholders, senior level executives and large groups that facilitate ongoing engagement with all various stakeholdersCommunicates effectively inside the organization. Aligns complex projects and work in order to achieve departmental goals. Can articulate complex operational challenges in an understandable way to an audience unfamiliar with departmental concepts.Applies problem solving and critical thinking skills to solve highly complex issues with a very broad scope. Requires no guidance and direction.Prepare communication materials including presentations and written communications identified within the communication plan. Able to prepare ad hoc communication material as needed.Own the SharePoint site for the implementation.Support the development of strategies and detailed plans to ensure end user adoption of new tools and business processes related to enterprise wide changes, and the ability to understand and undertake work across divisions on enterprise project management.
Required Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development or IT preferred7+ years of Change Management experiencePROSCI experience certification requiredExperience with an Epic EMR/EHR implementation as a Change ManagerExcellent communication skills – verbal and writtenCCMP Certification preferredEpic experience REQUIREDExpert in communications, and supportSharePoint experience.Excellent consulting skills with the ability to influence othersProven experience in Cultural Change
