The right person for this job needs to have experience in care.
Working hours are 24, over a 7 day week working 12 hour shifts. You will be expected to be able to work alternate weekends and nights when needed.
You need to be able to work under pressure at times, use your initiative and be able to prioritise tasks. The right person needs to be dedicated, committed, reliable and love working with the elderly.
