- Full, clean manual UK driving license
- Own transport and must be able to get themselves to/from work
- Minimum green CSCS card
- Tickets are advantageous but not essential
- Must be experienced in the following Paving, drainage (including deep drainage), concreting, kerbing and an all round good knowledge of groundworks
- Must be punctual and able to work to deadlines
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Pay negotiable depending on experience
- Possible permanent position for the right candidate
- Opportunity for further training for the right candidate
- References preferred
