Control Panel Technician

This full-time position is responsible for the fabrication and delivery of industrial control panels for automation systems. Experience is preferred but not necessary. You get a chance to be involved in new process and innovations, with a culture that includes a casual dress code. As a Control Panel Technician, you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of unique, customized projects and build on your panel building skillset at the same time!

Duties:

Panel layout according to electrical and control schematics & drawings Layout and design of Industrial Control Panels Read and understand panel layout and panel wiring drawings Install, mount, and wire PLCs, HMIs, devices, sensors, and components

Qualifications:

Industrial Control Panel Layout and Design experience is ideal but not required Experience reading schematics and wiring industrial control panels. Experience with power tools of all types is required Must have physical and mechanical skills to drill and tap holes, punch holes, or cutout openings in enclosures and back panels using jigsaws and other power and hand tools. Mount electrical components Must have basic math skills and able to read a tape measure Experience with UL 508A requirements is a plus Must be willing to take direction in order to insure Panels/ Enclosures look the same as previous builds. Experience of building and assembling industrial control panels is ideal but not required

Hourly: $20 - $25/hr
