Hostel Warden REQUIRED
Hostel Warden required to maintain a Hostel in the Evington area of Leicester. No experience necessary but experience preferable.
Your duties will include:
- Daily cleaning to keep the hostel to a good standard
- Greeting residents on arrival and helping them to settle into the accommodation
- Changing and washing bedding/towels
- Supervising breakfast times and cleaning up afterwards
- Monitoring CCTV system
- Reporting issues to hostel management
- Being able to deal with conflict and remain calm under pressure
- Liaising with support workers, social workers and other third parties
- Professionalism is a key ingredient for this role
- A clear DBS Check is a pre requisite for this job
The salary is £10.50 per hour and working hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview. Various shifts available including weekend and evening work.
