Responsibilities
How you'll spend your time....
- To construct complex Fund models and financial forecasts to include projected future performance metrics, cashflow analysis, net operating income and investor returns. These are often bespoke and built from scratch.
- To undertake IRR appraisals (other forecast returns), sensitivity analysis and cashflow analysis of potential property investments.
- Preparation of investment memos and investment committee papers to support acquisitions.
- Assist and support the Fund Director in the preparation and reporting of strategy for the fund and individual property holdings. Focussing on financial returns.
- To support the Fund Manager with shareholder investor relations to include assisting in the preparation of Board reports, presentations and marketing material. Prioritising financial analysis and forecasts.
- To have regard to the provisions of policies for Environmental Governance and Responsible Property Investing.
Required Qualifications
.To be successful in this role you will have....
- Experience in modelling
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience running complex financial appraisals
- Exposure to monitoring/analysing cash flow
