What you will do as a Team Leader
- Supervises the day-to-day functioning of all restaurant employees, facilities, sales and costs.
- Supervises, co-ordinates and directs the prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages in the restaurant and bar
- Establishes and maintains effective employee relationships
- Conducts pre shift briefings and maintains liaison with The Head Chef.
- Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant.
- Ensures restaurant grooming and appearance standards are met at all times.
- Assists in administration work as required by the Manager
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
