Our client, an industry leader in the creation of innovative smart home and lifestyle products is seeking an experienced Client Support Co-ordinator.
The position:
- £15.00 to £20.00 per hour pay rate
- Temp to perm
- Work from home - 100% remote
- 25-30 hours per week
- Flexible working hours with a minimum of 3 days covered per week
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service tickets on ZenDesk
- Manage TrustPilot and other review sites: responding to reviews
- Work with customers to resolve any problems
- Manage Shopify platform - sales, returns, disputes
- monitor stock levels at distribution warehouses
- Liaise with distribution warehouses to ensure orders are sent on time
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably on-line retail or tech products
- A proactive problem solver who is self motivated and understands the requirements of working from home
- Excellent communication skills; friendly, professional with a genuine desire to provide customer satisfaction
- Working knowledge of Zendesk
- Experience and knowledge of Shopify
