This is an exciting new opportunity to join an innovative, results-driven beauty brand providing targeted and effective skin treatments and cosmetics, as Assistant Ecommerce Trading Manager.
The role
The Assistant Ecommerce Trading Manager is responsible for ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised across the brand’s website through analysis and insight to drive the business forward.
You will assist in the day to day operational management of the website, management of key third-party agencies and of the on-site customer journey. This is a key role in the ecommerce team, ensuring all digital activations and supporting processes are followed and delivered appropriately according to the relevant critical paths. This is a multidisciplinary role, and the Assistant Ecommerce Trading Manager will also play an important role in the continuous optimisation of the customer journey.
How you’ll dazzle us
You’ll need to be a commercially minded, sales driven, experienced ecommerce professional, preferably with experience gained in a similar role within the luxury Beauty industry. Focused on the customer experience, and a true brand champion, you will understand the importance of meeting financial and digital marketing targets as well as keeping up to date with all digital trends.
It goes without saying that your attention to detail is second to none (the devil is in the detail), you are a great communicator and excellent at building peer relationships.
Being German speaking is highly desirable but not essential.
