Job Title: Shop Assitant Manager
Location: Henley
Salary: £11’658 – £12’953
“Plus £2,500 start up bonus” !!
22.5 hours per week
Aspion are currently looking for an immediate Shop Manager or Supervisor to join their team in the Henley area working for a well-established Charity. The main aim of the role will be to maximize the shops sales & profit delivering excellent customer service skills.
The company are open to candidates who have worked in any retail environment but has transferable skills and able to oversee the running of the shop in an efficient manner.
Duties
- Maintain the day to day operation of the shop
- Operate all the stock rotation updating stock to keep the offer fresh.
- Ensure high value stock is identified and recorded then transferred to the Retail office for commerce and auction sales.
- Carry out annual performance review, on Assistant Manager and give performance feedback on a regular basis.
- Create a welcoming happy and appreciative atmosphere for customers and shop team.
- Recruit and retain volunteers ensuring they have sufficient training and development.
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are being followed.
- Ensure trading standards regulations are adhered to.
- To ensure key holder procedures are rigorously adhered to.
