The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing sales our online store, including product listings, order fulfillment, customer service, and analytics. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement e-commerce strategies.
- Manage customer relations and customer service.
- Analyse website traffic and user behaviour.
- Develop and maintain e-commerce websites.
- Optimise website performance and user experience.
- Integrate payment gateways into websites.
- Develop promotional campaigns for online stores.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
