We're working with a leading construction company that operates throughout the UK who are looking for a Buyer to join the company and work across all departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and parts are procured.
If you're looking for a new challenge and have extensive experience as a Buyer in either of these fields i.e. working Construction, Electrical or Civil engineering etc, this would be a great opportunity for you.
To be successful you will have:
- Experience within a Construction Purchasing environment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is an advantage
- Negotiation skills to negotiate key contracts and reduce costs
- Familiarity working with ISO9001 standards
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internally & externally
- Valid UK driving licence
