Born in 1932 in Florence, Badiani is one of the most famous gelato producers in the world. With two shops in Florence, Badiani expanded to the UK in 2015 and now counts nine stores in London. In November 2018 Badiani opened its Central Production Unit in Battersea, the biggest artisan gelato laboratory in the UK. Besides serving hundreds of customers in the stores, Badiani started developing a B2B network, with more than 10 top restaurants and catering companies ordering gelato regularly. Funded by professional investors, Badiani aims to build the largest high quality gelato producer WW selling direct to consumer in shops and B2B, opening up in 2022 to new countries such as Spain.. What you will be doing:
Creating a positive customer experience in our stores, whilst working within a team to achieve store targets
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing gelato scoops and other treats whilst creating a friendly, energetic atmosphere for customersOrganising stock and maintaining store appearance
Communicating with team members and working as a team
Providing efficient, friendly and excellent customer service
Prepare outdoors correctly and within company guidelines
Cash handling
Follow all policies, procedures and guidelines regarding health and safety
Preparing teas and coffees
General cleaning in store
Complying with health and safety procedures
