Baltic are working with a well-established company based in Middlesbrough. Our client is growing at a rapid rate. With this they are looking to expand their team to include a number of Production Operatives to work in the packing department. This role is a temp to perm role with opportunities for growth.

Candidates
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders and/Supervisors
- Understand the importance of working as a team to achieve productivity standards
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Be professional and possess a polite and positive attitude
The role is open to applicants of varying levels of experience as training and development will be provided
Duties of the role
- Working from order sheets and picking stock
- Working on stacking systems
- Quality checking
- Using hand held scanners
- Picking products to be dispatched
- Labelling if/when required
- Shrink wrapping stock
SHIFTS: Day and Night shifts available Overtime and Double Overtime available
PAY RATE: £10.42 - £11
