We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies, researching and analysing market trends, and working with vendors to ensure product availability. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to think creatively in order to identify new opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Analyse sales data and identify trends in order to adjust product selection and pricing.
- Develop promotional plans and strategies to increase sales.
- Create displays and promotional materials for store shelves and windows.
- Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Work with store managers to ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
