Are you an experienced Sommelier? Do you have extensive knowledge of wines ?

Banca di Roma is looking for a Sommelier who has extensive knowledge of wines and spirits to join the Sommeliers team for this astonishing new opening.

The Ideal Sommelier :

● Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment

● Eager to ensure that guests are given an exiting and memorable experience.

● Enthusiastic about wine with an Excellent knowledge of world wines and spirits.

● Tenacious passion to succeed and develop: WSET L2 qualification is desired but not essential.

● Clear vision for improving the wine and drinks service in this stunning location.

● Good organisations skills with attention to details.

● Smart presentation and a friendly yet professional personality.

● A strong team working ethic.

IMPORTANT

● Ensuring you and the team maintain our high standards of food & environmental hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.

● Maintaining our daily high standards with great consistency whilst enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
