The BaoBun Brand has opened it's first sit in, fully licensed restaurant, BAOBUN DELUXE, Ballyhackamore . Offering an exciting new menu, we are on the hunt for experienced Part Time, vibrant WAITING/BAR STAFF - to join our teams at BaoBun Deluxe, immediate start :-)
Experience required:
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Passion for making and creating cocktails
- Taking Orders/Running food
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- To be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer, (RST EPOS experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time keeping
- Passion for food
- Positive attitude
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Mixologist skills would be useful
- Always keep your Bar /Section clean, tidy & stocked
- Serve food from the pass and run drinks quickly and efficiently
- Customer service skills with Customers sitting /eating at the Bar tables
- Running your own section on the restaurant floor
- Handle bill payments
- Team player
- Ensure customers are happy and able to deal with any complaints
- To be able to work under pressure
