Our client is a multinational security and aerospace company which defence services and solutions around the world. The client is seeking someone to join as as a permanent Senior Company Secretarial Assistant based in Farnborough.
This role involves supporting the assistant company secretary, drafting documents, ensuring shareholder compliance and maintaining company asset control.
You will build on existing company secretary experience and the role will suit someone with experience around 2-4 ideally. and help mitigate risks and address multiple stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
The position will report to the assistant secretary.
