There are two posts available: one full time position (37.5 hours per week); and one part time post (15 per week).
The role of the department is to provide high quality care to the patients and service users for inpatients and outpatients on the Acute Medical Unit and Medical Same Day Emergency Care. The units take direct admissions from G.P, Emergency Department and Clinic Referrals.
You will be required to work closely with all members of our Multi-Disciplinary Team to maintain service provision. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, appropriately prioritise their workload and be highly motivated.
The admin service for AMU/Medical SDEC covers 07:00-19:30 7 days a week and the post holder will be required to cover 2x 7.5 hour shifts a week in between these hours.
