Job Description:

We are seeking Multi-Skilled Tradesmen to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various trade skills and a proven track record of quality craftsmanship. This role involves working on various renovation projects such as HMO conversions, Apartment block renovations and home improvements, where adaptability and problem-solving skills are key.

Location:

All of the associated work will be based from Darlington to Newcastle and we will prioritise tradesmen staying as local as possible to their home to reduce travel time.

Responsibilities:

Work on various renovation projects, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, decoration, plastering and masonry tasks.

Interpret project plans to understand and execute work orders with precision.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the renovation process.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure timelines are met and high quality work is delivered.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson in the construction industry.

Proficiency in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and standards.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
