KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will help your Store Manager to:
Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.
- Organizing, overseeing and performing stock-takes
- Daily Cashing up
- Holding of keys, opening & closing of store
- Meeting all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage)
- Overseeing the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries
- Reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Refunds and Exchanges
- Liaising and following instructions from Directors and Head Office

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
