Key Accountabilities
- Fixing Breakdowns with MTBF and MTTR being focused
- Walking the lines identifying issues to be resolved and putting plans in place to rectify
- Planned Maintenance Works
- Continuous Improvements
- 4 on 4 off 06.00 – 18.00 Days or 18:00 - 06:00
Candidate Specification
- Time served Engineer - minimum City & Guilds mechanical/electrical.
- Experienced in food, or consumer products industry is seen as an asset
- An awareness of HACCP, PUWER, LOLER and COSHH.
- Must be an effective team player
- Able to work on own initiative and have ability to highlight continuous Improvement opportunities
- PC literate (Experience of Microsoft Office)
- Must be able to troubleshoot and fault-find within a production facility
- Good communication skills – ability to effectively communicate with both suppliers and internal customers
- Logical thinker and problem solver
- Must possess the energy and drive to ‘get things done’
- Can plan to a specified time scale
