This post is fixed term for 12 months due to meet the needs of the service.

The Central Area Integrated Health Community covers the area of Conwy & Denbighshire delivering primary, secondary and community-based services from 6 Community Hospitals, 30 GP Practices, 49 Pharmacies and acute services at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the development of business cases for the various capital and estates schemes aligned with our Integrated Medium Term Plans.

This is a busy role and will require you to hit the ground running, working together alongside our colleagues in Local Authorities and other partners. This will entail influencing at all levels and working closely with staff across our organisation and external partnerships. You’ll need energy, an ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment as well as excellent relationship and communication skills.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
