Digital Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Implementation Analyst to join a growing Digital Analytics team. The successful candidate will lead the tag implementation across the brands to help optimise customer journeys for both the Website and the App.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining data layer requirements and working with developers to implement it across our digital estate
- Implementation, debugging and troubleshooting of analytics and marketing tags
- Ensuring that data collected is accurate and validated
- Development and maintenance of tagging best practices
- Communicating tracking requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Supporting the delivery of the A/B and Multivariance Testing (MVT) roadmap aligned with business objectives to optimise landing pages and website conversion funnels
- End-to-end delivery of AB testing process, including hypotheses creation, test implementation and post-test analysis
About You
To be successful you will have experience of:
- Working as an Analytics Implementation specialist, Digital Analyst, Web Analyst or Web Developer
- Working with Tag Management System, ideally Google Tag Manager
- Using analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase or similar
In addition we are looking for:
- Knowledge of Web Technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience of Mobile App tracking and measurement would be an advantage
- A strong communicator, keen to collaborate with a 'customer first' approach
- Drive, enthusiasm, with a willingness to develop skills
- High attention to detail
