Better Placed are proud to be working with a high-quality B2B/D2C apparel business who sell safety clothing, to blue chip clients across the UK. With a multi-million turnover every year and growing, they are looking to expand their Marketing team and bring in a Marketing Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a fascinating business during a time of growth and success.
Responsibilities of the role includes:
- Channel management: create, source, post and schedule content on all social media channels
- Designing, planning and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high quality marketing leads.
- Manage, support and drive marketing activity across various channels including but not limited to social media, direct mail, print & production, Google Adwords - managing and maintaining all campaign activities and working across the various digital platforms to deliver the plan.
- Work closely with the Sales Managers and internal teams to ensure optimum level of support is provided to the sales team and that sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
The Person:
- Experienced Marketing/Brand Manager, with proven brand building and marketing campaign launch capability. Product Management experience desirable.
- Understanding and experience in marketing automation cross channel.
- Understanding of business practises, sales, and margin and generally numerically literate.
- Previous experience line managing would be ideal.
