We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and well-organized person to join our dental reception. The ideal individual has strong interpersonal skills, and is capable of answering telephone inquiries while maintaining professionalism. This position requires a full range of administrative duties and light clerical work. We are looking for a detail oriented person who can be relied on to attend to details while working independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve patients in a professional manner.
- Answer the phone and make appointments.
- Wash and sterilise instruments.
- Answer questions about treatment procedures and payment methods.
- Negotiate payment plans with patients.
- Handle confidential financial information.
- Use appropriate diplomacy when dealing with difficult patients or co-workers.
