Growth & Operations Manager (P2P) is responsible for P2P business development in the region, including: product improvements (product relevance to local market), marketing, user growth, daily operations.

Responsibilities

• 
  Boost sales and contribute to our long term business growth by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners
• 
  Create, manage, implement and refine all marketing campaigns in an ongoing basis
• 
  Direct ongoing market research to foster the product’s and market growth
• 
  Handle dispute on our P2P platform between trading parties, assist client with troubleshooting
• 
  Uncover customer's unique needs and challengesPerform document checks as per standard procedures
• 
  Monitoring transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activity
• 
  Reading, prioritizing and responding to customers queries
• 
  Create, manage, implement and refine all marketing campaigns in an ongoing basis
• 
  Prepare reports as required regarding business development including market comparison analysis, business opportunities, recommendations, etc
• 
  Achieve internal KPIs and OKRs with positive commercial and financial outputs at the core

Requirements

• 
  College degree or above
• 
  At least 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing & business development roles in finance services industry
• 
  Knowledge in Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency industry
• 
  Exceptional written communication skill and a good listener
• 
  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively
• Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments
• 
  Passionate, ownership, execution oriented, independent and natural team player
• 
  A P2P user
