We have sleeping spaces, working destinations, restaurants, a selection of bars, wellness centres, pottery, craft destinations and lido, along with our rewilded land, where cows, pigs and deer roam free, and our horticulture team grow fruit, vegetables and herbs that will be foraged to use across the sites. What really makes Birch special is our people, aligned to lovingly take care of the land and hotel’s that we are the ambassadors, and custodians of.
Are you a bit of Birch, here is what is needed to join us…
You have gained your skills working in Gyms or Leisure centres either for a reputable leisure brand or hotel. You are now ready to take on a role of managing 2 gyms across our 2 properties with a view to taking on a third in the near future. You love fitness of the mind, body and soul as your will work closely with our Head of Wellness to deliver an outstanding function to our members, guests, and team members.
Who are you?
· A values driven individual who speaks their mind, is brave enough to be different, and believes in caring in all that you do.
· Understands the intricate nature of fitness and wants to help our members and guests work towards their fitness goals.
· You are Innovative and look for new ways to delight our guests by building a great programme for fitness as a group or an individual.
· A great communicator that manages their time well, you are always one step ahead.
· Inspires new team members and develops them to progress in the business, you love training and watching people grow from sharing your knowledge.
· Delivery of classes and workshops within fitness is key.
· You know the safety guidelines and sanitation practices, health and safety is top of your list.
· You collaborate with the head of Wellness to ensure that our Leisure & Wellness is exceptional.
· Engages guest and members across two properties and inspires a team.

Salary: £40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
