CATERING MANAGER
Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Multi-Site General Manager to oversee a team at our site in Maple Cross. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring admin and resource is covered, whilst providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Kitchen Assistants
- Stock and Financial Accountability
- Motivated and supporting the team in their duties
- Work closely with our Operations Director to ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations are adhered to
- Regular Client Meetings
Skills:
- Background working in a similar role
- Proven people skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear communicator
- Efficient and proactive
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety policies
The ideal candidate will have prior experience either in a similar role or will have solid experience in the Catering industry and looking for their next step to progress.
Working Hours:
Full time, Permanent
Monday to Sunday , hours between 5:00am – 21.00pm working (hours to be discussed)
Payrate: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum plus bonus
