Position: Graduate Project Engineer/Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Graduate Project Engineer to be based in our Irvine HO and work on a number of exciting projects across a wide array of industry sectors.
We are looking for individuals ideally from the local area or within a daily commute from the office.

Role Outline
Assist the PM team to deliver a range of diverse projects through the full project lifecycle. Throughout your development you will be mentored and trained to become fully competent in your day to day activities detailed below -
- Monitoring & controlling project performance against budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements
- Manage multi-discipline engineering teams
- Planning and scheduling key tasks and milestones
- Regular liaison with all relevant parties (incl. internal depts, suppliers and client)
- Contract administration
- Weekly progress meetings and reporting
- Client relationship management
- Project change and cost control
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant subject – Engineering, Project Management or Business Management
- Professional
- Confident and self-starter
- Proactive and driven approach
- Relevant work experience advantageous
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
