We are looking for a legal secretary for our main office in Margate, ideally with experience in family law but not necessarily as additional training specific to this team will be provided.
The role requires a candidate who has the ability to work at pace and with good humour, whilst retaining a constant eye for detail. Previous secretarial experience would be beneficial.
You will need to be friendly and approachable and able to explain difficult issues to clients in straightforward down to earth language.
Our ideal recruit will be committed to high standards of client care, adept at managing a busy diary, confident and professional and possess excellent audio typing skills.
An adaptable and flexible approach is paramount coupled with a ‘can do’ attitude to work.

The position is full time and permanent. Your hours will be 9.00am to 5.00pm with 25 days’ holiday per annum.
