Supporting to provide smooth and efficient service delivery
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a friendly, supportive team, providing efficient administrative and customer service support to our clients. The role is based from our office in the heart of Manchester for three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home on the other days.
What you’ll be doing
Managing multiple email inboxes, responding to clients and booking them onto courses. The role will involve speaking to clients on the phone on a daily basis so you’ll have a friendly, polite phone manner. You’ll also be updating attendance data for courses and dealing with invoices.
What we are looking for
You will have excellent customer service skills and want to deliver a first-class service to our clients. You will be a people person and enjoy speaking to people on the phone as this is a key element of the role. Strong attention to detail is required as you will be updating records and spreadsheets. Proactive and motivated, you will thrive on providing support in a busy environment.
