Branagh Development specializes in high quality custom homes, multi-family construction, and high end remodels. We are looking to add to add an experienced remodeler that has a high skill level across multiple trades and has the ability to manage a project.
SKILLS AND TRAITS
- Able to do layout, framing, finishing of typical projects, including new homes, room additions, and remodeling
- Proficient at reading and implementing construction drawings
- Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material and labor estimates
- Able to organize progress of multiple employees and trade contractors on a jobsite
- Quickly generate alternate solutions to resolve scheduling conflicts, project delays, and design modifications
- Ability to work with tools, lumber and materials. Able to lift and manipulate objects of up to 80 lbs.
- Must have a drivers license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanor, appearance and attitude
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of five years relevant experience in all phases of residential construction
- Trade expertise in at least two of the following: plumbing, framing, electrical, concrete, tile, finish carpentry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
