We are looking for a passionate Senior Vet to join our practice who would like to blend clinical excellence with a leadership role.
- 4 site, 12 Vet Practice
- Wide range of cert holders in different disciplines
- Provider of care to Manchester Dogs Trust
- 4 day week, 1 in 5 Saturdays
- No Out of Hours, Bank Holidays or Sundays
- Strong clear practice focus on development
Salary range up to £65,000 depending on experience
The role:
- Leading a small clinical team
- Develop area of expertise, ideally CertAVP
- Undertake more technically challenging case management
- Active in developing the practice & generating income
- Mentoring / VetGDP advisor to New Graduates
- Carrying out PDRs
- Actively undertake leadership development
- Solid commercial acumen and understanding of veterinary business
