We're looking for confident and dedicated candidates who are looking for a permanent role in Cardiff. The site we're recruiting for is accessible by public transport but your own transport would be advantageous (based in Pentwyn, North Cardiff). There is free parking on site and a great modern working environment.
You will be taking calls and receiving messages with equipment faults from businesses throughout the UK. Your role will be to log the fault or issue and offer a solution, which could be a visit from an engineer or may be a remote fix via the telephone.
This role does include weekend work on a rota, so full flexibility is essential. The earliest start time is 08:00 and the latest finish would be 19:00. You would tend to work 1 in 3 weekends.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have Customer Service/Retail/Hospitality experience within the last 2 years
- Great numeracy and literacy skills
- Be fully flexible on working hours
