Billing Team Administrator
London (Kensington) / Hybrid working (2 days in office)
£25,000 base salary + excellent benefits!

Role Overview:
To provide an efficient, comprehensive and flexible service to all Hospital customers ensuring excellent standards of customer care are maintained at all times.
What you’ll do:
Billing for high volume of Cromwell Hospital patients and consultants
Checking invoices and posting to the Ledger
Raising requests for payment refunds
Managing billing queries from patients and doctors and other key stakeholders
Attending meetings with Billing Team Manager
Ad hoc administration
Documenting processes and identifying improvements
What you’ll bring:
Excellent administration skills
Experienced with Excel, for example Pivot Tables and Formulas
Numerical and detail-orientated
Ability to process high volume of invoices
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Previous experience in billing or a Finance environment
Customer – focused mindset and team player
