Role Overview & Responsibilities

Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday-37.5 hours per week
Reward: £20,000-£30,000 DOE

Graduates with 2 years of working experience we would love to hear from you! Our client works within the sustainability sector and is recruiting for a skilled Analyst to join their team. Supporting the Technical Director you will work across regulatory tasks including the manipulation of high volumes of data for reporting. This role would suit numerically strong candidates who have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data.


Duties:

  • Managing relatively large amounts of data with a critical eye
  • Monitor Quality and accuracy of data
  • Identify trends and anomalies within collated data
  • Presenting data results across various reports
  • Working across various teams to gather or distribute relevant information
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Timely and accurate completion of regulatory reports
  • Monitor quality of lab sampling
  • Input data into business systems to generate reports
  • Interpret raw data, trends, anomalies and outcomes
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Scientific Degree in Biology or Chemistry, Mathematics or Economics
  • 2+ years’ experience of scientific laboratory testing and sampling analysis
  • Good working knowledge of a laboratory environment and best practice
  • Strong analytical skills and a firm grasp of data manipulation
  • Detail orientated with robust time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for accurate reporting
