As a Team Leader, you’ll support the Kitchen Management team to serve our guests our delicious burgers, fries & sides, plate after plate after plate. You’ll make sure your shift runs as it should – smoothly, and with great energy. What will you be doing?
Led by your Head Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team to create not only world-class burgers and sides, but an engaging culture and a positive atmosphere. As a Team Leader with Byron, you’ll:
- Support your fellow chefs to deliver our dishes to spec
- Be ready to take your first step into management
- Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety and audit standards
- Help to deliver a smooth service by leading by example
- Have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Have great attention to detail, ensuring all food leaves the kitchen as it should
the payrate shown includes service charge which is paid with your monthly wage and is an independently managed tronc arrangement through which service charge is allocated outside of and in addition to your basic pay. Hourly amount shown is indicative, based on current tronc allocations for this role, and actual pay may vary based on the amount of service charge collected. The basic hourly rate not including tronc is £10.50
